Sandra has become the mentor that my body and mind has craved. We have usual nominated training sessions, but a contract with Sandra goes beyond that. She checks in with me everyday, not only to see if I’ve done my exercises but also to ensure that I am making the changes in myself lifestyle that will make me more healthier and achieve my goals.
With Sandra there’s a constant reminder that a goal has been set and no matter easily you may wish to serve or digress, Sandra simply does not let it happen!
In such a short time, my way of thinking about health and fitness has changed, my body has seen results and my goals no longer look like a far away dream.

Sandra has been bootcamp training a bunch of us for the past few months, and the results for me personally have been incredible. The workouts she comes up with are varying for each session and are a lot of fun while still keeping it tough enough to push us to do our best. Also, never shy to spontaneously change it depending on how everyone is feeling that day. I started bootcamp with Sandra a couple of months ago and I can safely say it has been life changing. Sandra has always been professional, funny and supportive. Even during personal downtimes, she was always there full of advices and positive attitude.
I know each session will provide a good workout and a fun time as well. Not only has she created a regular workout time with a solid group, she also encouraged an open social time as well, no matter your fitness level. Anyone is free to come to the training, she is always there to advice easier version of the exercises if need be.

I did the 30 DAY Programme with Sandra and I would highly recommend her. Sandra is absolutely fantastic and such a big positive force. My experience with her has been great! She gave me the right kick start I needed to loose post pregnancy weight by focusing on my fitness, nutrition and movement.
She pushed me and motivated me all the way through; sending what’s app messages and early morning emails were extremely helpful in planning my day. The best part were the 1:1 sessions I had with her. Her energy is contagious and she will make sure you sweat it out! 😜
