• This programme is designed to change your lifestyle, gain lots of education, new habits and above all drop weight and get the tools to maintain it.
• Each email contains 3 different tips or steps or changes you need to make to your diet, to your life, to the way you move, the way you sleep and exercise.
• The exercises in this programme are specifically designed and planned for females all ages and all fitness levels. They combine cardio, resistance and fitness training gradually increasing intensity preparing your body to burn more fat and sculpting lean muscle.
